Sanny is the Managing Counsel of CFN Lawyers LLC.
Sanny assists clients in corporate finance and capital markets matters, including initial public offerings (IPOs) in the U.S., dual primary and secondary listings, rights offerings, and related capital markets transactions. Sanny has represented issuers and underwriters in complex IPOs and other offerings.
Sanny also specializes in civil and commercial litigation matters, including commercial litigation, shareholder and investor disputes, debt recovery, liquidation and insolvency proceedings, enforcement of judgments, and asset tracing and recovery.
Sanny graduated with her B.B.A.(Law) and LL.B. degrees at the University of Hong Kong, followed by the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.
Sanny is dual-qualified in Hong Kong (2016) and New York (2016) and England and Wales (2023) (non-practising). Sanny is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Zoe Qiu

Zoe’s practice covers a broad range of corporate and securities law, with a focus on capital markets transactions. She represents clients in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements, while also advising on corporate governance and ongoing compliance with SEC, FINRA, and stock exchange regulations.
Before joining the firm, Zoe practiced corporate and securities law at an international law firm and worked as a research fellow at an intergovernmental organization. During law school, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Katherine M. Fowler of the 22nd Judicial Circuit of Missouri and as an International Advisor to the Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
Zoe received her Doctor of Juridical Science and Master of Laws degrees from Washington University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Laws from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Zoe is a native Mandarin speaker.
David Lo

David has been a professional in the corporate finance industry almost 20 years. He has extensive experience working with clients across numerous industries and completing a wide range of corporate finance transactions. Notably, he has successfully assisted over 15 clients in listing on the Hong Kong and Nasdaq stock exchanges.
David is a member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
